Naturobath provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened products with bio-seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns, while we cover costs for defective items. To initiate a return, contact our concierge at info@naturobath.com or 1-888-707-8977. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your package is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition.

2. Safety & Microbial Integrity

As a brand rooted in synbiotic biochemistry and skin-microbiome health, we maintain strict safety standards.

  • Condition: We only accept returns on products where the original bio-seals remain unbroken.
  • Opened Products: Due to the risk of contamination and the active nature of ingredients like our Probiotic (Lactobacillus) and Neuro-Calm complexes, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items.

3. Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Remorse: If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product (e.g., a broken seal) or the wrong formula, Naturobath will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Restocking Fees: We believe in a transparent experience; therefore, we charge $0 restocking fees.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

  3. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items. 

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure the seals are intact, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Payment: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (including Affirm installments) within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We offer free exchanges exclusively for items that arrive defective or damaged.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on "Final Sale" or during clearance events.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Downloadable wellness guides.
