Naturobath offers Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders and on U.S. orders over $100 USD. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday), with a standard transit time of 3-9 business days. 1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

To provide the most transparent experience for our community, we use the following shipping structures:

  • Canada: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 are calculated in real-time at checkout.
  • International: We ship to select global regions; rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

2. Delivery Timeline (Standard)

We prioritize rapid fulfillment to get your bath soaks to you quickly:

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Fulfillment Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

3. Tracking & Carrier Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.

  • P.O. Boxes: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure the integrity of our glass-packaged botanical blends.
  • Carrier Delays: If you do not receive a confirmation immediately, please note we are working within the timeframe provided at checkout.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Fees

  • North America: We are required by law to charge sales tax based on your local province or state regulations.
  • International Duties: While we aim for a seamless experience, international orders (including those to Europe or the UK) may be subject to local duties or VAT according to your country's levying rules. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
