A body skincare routine in a box, in the order it's meant to be used. Most people run a six-step routine on their face and a bar of soap everywhere else. Silk & Soak is the correction. A pure mulberry silk mitt to take the dull surface layer off, then two full-size soaks that go to work on what's underneath.

Why these three together
They work in sequence. The mitt clears the way, Urban Mermaid puts the water and light back into skin that's gone dry and flat, and Nude Food is the gentle soak for the week after, when skin wants to be left alone rather than worked on. One tool they keep, two soaks they use up.
No synthetic fragrance, parabens or sulphates.
- Wet the mitt and work it over wet skin in small circles. Once or twice a week is plenty.
- Add half a cup of soak under warm running water and let it dissolve fully before getting in.
- Soak for twenty minutes or more.
Which soak, when: Urban Mermaid when skin looks dry, dull and tired. Nude Food when it feels tight, reactive or set off by everything.
Rinse the mitt and hang it to dry between uses.
